We love our four legged friends and we know you do too! Bring your pet to any of our qualifying homes!  Additional pet fees may apply as described below. All pets must be approved by the property manager.  Due to ever increasing restrictions from insurance carriers we cannot accept certain types of dogs breeds. Please understand that we are pet lovers however we are bond by the rules of the local laws and insurance rules. 

Pet Move in fee: $200 per pet (non-refundable) due at lease signing

Monthly Pet Rent: $35.00 per pet

Sorry we do not accept the following dog breeds:  (our insurance policy does not cover against injury of others)

All other breeds are subject to approval by our staff and insurance carrier.  

We also can not accept exotic pets such as: snakes, spiders, alligators, iguanas,  or any pet that requires a special wildlife permit to possess, 

NEW APPLICATION PROCESS

Due to increasing regulations with the state and local governments, we now require all applicants to apply online through our site.  There is a $35.00 application to apply which covers the costs of required background screening.
